What they are doing the last day of 2008

As 2008 comes to an end, here are the things the kids are most excited about when they are outside. Winter in Iowa, currently lacking the snow, which melted last weekend. Colben can't hardly wait for more, infact he is trying to sled on the frozen, dried grass. He also dressed himself today, on top of his outfit he has on a cow costume which is too small for him, and one of Sami's old House Moving coats. Sami is enjoying the frozen pond free of snow, she has two sides to her, the tomboy side and the girly girl. Today she is opting for the girly girl with her ice skates on. The boys will play football year round, sun, snow, rain, to them it doesn't matter, football needs to be played. Justus when not making up a make-believe world in his bedroom, loves jumping on the trampoline. Chris keeps the snow scooped off of it and if it is not to freezing cold out, and no snow for sledding, he can usually be found on here. I will have to add more pictures tomorrow of how we spend our night bringing in the New Year!
